Job Description:

• Triage incoming reports for completeness, legibility and validity

• Bookin and Data entry of case reports into safety database

• Request follow-up and perform query management

• Coding of data in the safety database

• Writing case narrative.

• Perform Literature searches

• Participate in client meetings as required

• Preparation for, participation in, and follow-up on audits and inspections

Qualification: B.Pharm/M.Pharm/Pharm D

Experience: 1– 3 years
